West Bengal has launched an online website called Banglarbhumi, also known as Bangla Bhumi. Through this portal, people in West Bengal can quickly check their land records and other related documents online with just one click.

Banglarbhumi Site Not Working
If you try to access the banglarbhumi.gov.in site and it shows an error below, then click on Advanced, then click Proceed to www.banglarbhumi.gov.in (unsafe link). After that, you will be able to access this site.

Note: To view land records on the Banglarbhumi website, you first need to create an account (register) and then log in. Without registration and login, you can’t access the land details.

Process of Registration and Login
If you are a first-time user, click the SIGN UP button to register online, OR click on the SIGN IN button if you are already a registered user.
For registration, you must complete the Public Registration Form, which requires the following information.
- Personal Details
- Address Details
- Email & Mobile
After entering the above details, create a Password for login, then enter the Captcha and click on the Submit button.
Now you have Successfully Registered on this Portal. Choose the Citizens option, then use your mobile number as a Username and Password to Login in to this Portal.
How to Check Khatian & Plot Information?
Go to Banglarbhumi Homepage > Know Your Property
Step 1 – Mouza Identification –
To check your Khatian & Plot Information, choose any one option from Code Wise or Name Wise. After that, select your Mouza by choosing the District, Block, and Mouza. Then, select your language.
Now choose your Khatian Type, then you have two options to search khatian and plot info: 1) Search By Khatian No, 2) Search by Plot No. Select any one and enter the number. After that, enter the captcha and click on the View button.
Step 2 – View Khatian and Plot Information –
After that, you can View Khatian and Plot Information. It contains Khatian/Plot No, Owner Details, Total Land and Its Classification, and Other Land Details.
